This is the website of the former East Midlands Quality Observatory. As part of the changes brought about by the Health and Social Care Act 2012, the Strategic Health Authorities (SHAs) cease to exist on 31 March 2013. Their responsibilities will transfer to the NHS Commissioning Board and a range of other organisations.
